The most common questions before you start.
The invoice is issued and reported to NAV by szamlazz.hu or Billingo, the same proven system you’d use anyway. The assistant assembles it from your request and only submits it there with your approval.
No. The assistant keeps things in order alongside your accountant: it issues invoices, tracks deadlines, and prepares the VAT and the monthly package your accountant receives. The filing and the professional work stay with them.
Two fees run: your titkár.ai subscription and your invoicing provider’s own fee on your account – the latter is not ours. The two providers cost about the same: Billingo’s API plan is 2 390 Ft + VAT/mo, szamlazz.hu’s Számla Agent is 2 690 Ft + VAT/mo – both up to 50 documents a month, and e-invoicing needs a base plan with either (Billingo Basic or #start), another 1 990 Ft + VAT. The difference that matters: the Agent fee is billed afterwards, on actual usage – in a month when you don’t invoice through the assistant, there is no fee – while the Billingo API plan is a fixed subscription. Signing up and trying the assistant is free.

Yes. We store your key with AES-256-GCM encryption, and only our server unlocks it when issuing. It never reaches your browser or the AI model.
Only what your request needs: the chat text, and minimized partner/line-item data for tools. It never receives your invoicing key, card details, or NAV technical password. On the paid Gemini API your content is not used to train the model, your data is not used for ads and never mixed with other accounts.
No. The AI prepares drafts and checks, but filing a return, sending email, or issuing a live invoice only happens when you click. The agent has no filing tool, so a malicious email or supplier invoice cannot submit a return in your name.
Yes, in one click in Settings, no strings attached. You can also delete your stored invoicing key there anytime with “Disconnect”, and from that moment we cannot invoice in your name. Your invoices and partners stay.
