No. The assistant keeps things in order alongside your accountant: it issues invoices, tracks deadlines, and prepares the VAT and the monthly package your accountant receives. The filing and the professional work stay with them.
What your accountant gets from usOne fee runs: your titkár.ai subscription. There is no separate invoicing-program subscription and no usage-based agent fee – we issue the invoice and file the NAV data ourselves. Signing up and trying the assistant is free.

Yes. We store your NAV technical user credentials with AES-256-GCM encryption, and only our server unlocks them when issuing and filing. They never reach your browser or the AI model.
Only what your request needs: the chat text, and minimized partner/line-item data for tools. It never receives your card details or your NAV technical user’s password and keys. On the paid Gemini API your content is not used to train the model, your data is not used for ads and never mixed with other accounts.
Yes — but only after your approval. The AI prepares and checks the return, and on your request stages it in NAV’s eÁFA system, but submitting is a separate button on the card that only you can press. The same goes for sending email or issuing a live invoice. So a malicious email or supplier invoice cannot submit a return in your name.
Yes, in one click in Settings, no strings attached. No live invoice is ever issued without your approval, and you can overwrite your NAV technical user credentials in the same place anytime. Your invoices and partners stay, and you can download them in a single JSON file.
